Two fully furnished apartments for rent in a villa with a magnificent view on the port, the castle, the town centre of Lipari and the surrounding hills. The villa is beautifully sited in a quiet area, just 100m from the sea and the adjacent Via Crispi, 400m from the port (of the ferries and hydrofoils) and the historical town centre of Lipari.
Shops (food, rent of scooter/cars/boats, bar) are about 150 meters away.
The terminal of the shuttle bus, to reach the famous beach of Canneto (the best place to swim in Lipari) and all other places of the island, is only 4 minutes away.
At the back the house overlooks a garden 2700 m², fenced and partly wooded, and the surrounding hills.
The 2 apartments of the villa are independent. One is on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.
The apartment on the ground floor is equipped with 2 bedrooms, one facing the sea with a double-bed, the other one with a double-bed + a single bunk bed. Kitchen with dining area and a sofa bed. It is equipped with all the accessories. Bathroom with shower. Air conditioners. A panoramic and equipped terrace and the adjacent garden surround the apartment.
The apartment on the first floor is provided with 3 rooms with double bed. Two of rooms are spacious with large windows facing the sea. In them an extra bed can be added. Kitchen with dining area equipped with all the accessories. Two bathrooms, one with bath-shower, the other with shower. Air conditioners.
The rooms and the kitchen open to wide and panoramic terraces, livable and equipped with table and chairs. From the terrace of a bedroom there is access to the roof-terrace by spiral staircase, with a 360 degree panorama.
