Villa Dyria is made of two little apartaments elegantly furnished and equipped.
Newly refurbished (2010), every room has air conditioning hot / cold,
and each apartment has its own safe, LCD TV bathroom and kitchen.
Wide open spaces with garden furniture and sea view. Children's play
area. Ample parking, Barbeque, bicycles, electric oven, microwave
oven, fridge, bed linen and towels and so on.

Every apartament has:
-a large bedroom (double room + 2 additional bed on request)
-a bathroom
-a large living room with kitchen, provided also with an additional
retractable double bed.

Villa dyria is highly requested in the summer period thanks to his
location, not too far from the sea, far from the traffic of the city
and noise of the night (Capitolo also has many cafè and music
disco....), easily accessible thanks to the highway (free) SS16 which
allow you to reach in few minutes all the most important location in
the area.

Villa Dyria is at about 10 km from the center of Monopoli town and at
about 4 km from the most important touristic area of the place,
Capitolo, well known for it's sea and touristic services. By walk you
can reach pizzeria, bakery and cafè.
At 6 km you can find a commercial center
We are also located in the neirboard area of zoo safari (about 6 km)
the only place in Italy in wich you can see animals in freedom
directly driving inside them with your car
