Northern Exposure is a fully furnished 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house located at 165 Orange St., Nantucket near town center (0.9 of a mile from Main Street) on Lower Orange Street just beyond West Creek Road. For photos and more info:

Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) rentals are normally full weeks from Sunday to Sunday. However, if the rental period remains un-booked 30 days prior to arrival, daily rentals with a three night minimum rental could become available.

2013 Rental Rates:*
Weekly:
$2,500/week - $450/night - April 1-May 26
$3,000/week - May 26-June 2
$2,500/week - $550/night - June 2-June 30
$4,000/week - June 30-September 1
$3,000/week - September 2-September 15
$2,500/week - $500/night - September 15-September 29
$2,000/week - $450/night - September 29-December 29
*with a 10 percent discount for two or more consecutive weeks.
Daily rentals rates are available in the Fall, Winter and Spring with a three night minimum rental.
Rentals prior to January 15, 2013 will require an initial payment of 1/3 of the total rental amount plus the refundable security deposit within 7 days of receipt of the lease agreement (Security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $400 minimum). 1/3 of total rental will be due on April 15. The remainder of rent will be due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
