Things to do Marloth Park
Activities like game drives and game viewing in Marloth and the adjacent Lion Spruit is on it’s own a wild experience with activities like , tiger fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, quad- biking, hiking, golf, and bird watching.

The Big Five are found throughout this region and may be seen from the Look-out points along the riverfront. Herds of buffalo and elephant are found frequent at the riverside area and predators such as leopard, lion, hyena and wild dog have been seen here. Waterbuck and other antelope such as kudu, bushbuck and impala are common. Abundance of game such as zebra and wildebeest come to the river in the dry months of the year. All major rivers cutting across the Park make excellent birding venues all year through.
The park is stocked with a variety of animals that roam across an area dedicated to providing a wilderness experience. The area within the Park is safe for meandering, walking and mountain biking.
The park is also a proud owner of their own private enclosed game reserve “Lion Spruit” and lions, buffalo, and other wild game are found in the Park.
Three excellent golf courses - Malelane Country Club, Leopard Creek in Malelane and Kambaku in Komatipoort - are situated within 15 to 30 minutes from Marloth Park and a fourth, at Skukuza, is within an easy drive through the Park.
Fishing like Tiger-fishing in the Komati River is within 30 minutes and elephant safaris and micro-light flights are offered a mere 15 minutes from the reserve.
