Villa Deleni is an elegant 4-bedroom villa which offers a spacious open plan area with living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one ensuite) are also provided. A beautiful courtyard with private pool, grassy landscape and olive trees is available.

Villa Deleni enjoys an elevated position in tranquil rural surroundings with views across orange and olive groves to the sea. A beautiful courtyard with pool, grassy landscape and olive trees is offered.

Rich gardens with private areas and a private swimming pool is at your disposal along with BBQ facilities, outdoor furnitures.

A comfortable, elegant living room (with satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, and a harmonium), a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided in an open plan design.

Big electric kitchen, big refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine are also offered.

The guests can catch lovely sea and tranquil mountain views from the balconies on the north facade of the villa.

On the same level three double and one twin lovely bedrooms are provided. A common bathroom and a shower room are provided for the three bedrooms, however one of the double bedrooms also offers its own ensuite shower room.

Air-condition is also provided. Finally, every bedroom has a sea view or mountain view balcony.

The VILLA DELENI is situated less than 1km from the village of Prines within a beautiful olive farm. The shops, restaurants and the longest sandy beach of the Meditteranean is only 3km away although you will need a car to explore the beauties and treasures of Crete.

The area is within the Rethymno perfercture and only a 10 minute drive to the Old Town, where you can wander round the quaint old streets and admire the picturesque Venetian Port.
