This property, a renovated 18th-century farm, is situated above the hamlet of Rigarda, 2 km south of the village of Vinça, which has most facilities, including a lake, seasonal beach bar, tennis courts and a railway station, as well as a good variety of shops and several bar/restaurants. From here you can catch the train to Perpignan or, in the opposite direction, to the fortified town of Villefranche-de-Conflent, from where you can take the "˜ Little Yellow Train' high up into the Pyrenees.

There is a lot of comfortable seating in the large 75 sq metre sitting room, which has a fireplace, billiards table, satellite TV, music system and a digital piano (please note that there are two low beams, one at each end of the room). From here there are beautiful views across to the mountains and down to the hamlet of Rigarda.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking.
