Beautiful villa with access to St François's golf. The villa, planned for 6 persons and 1 baby (> 2 years), is situated in a tourist residence, in the peace, in 800m in feet of the city center and 5mn by car of the beach.
It consists of an American kitchen equipped ( US refrigerator), of a stay with sofa, armchair, TV screen-dish, satellite, WIFI ADSL DVD, internet reader, with 3 air-conditioned rooms(chambers) (2 beds 140 cms, 2 beds 90 cms, 1 for baby), of 3 rooms of very spacious showers with TOILETS, a terrace covered with a lounge, of double one terraces around the swimming pool with deckchairs and coffee tables, around a barbecue, around an outside shower. The garden of 1 200m ² is closed and raised, out of sight.
