Our bungalows and holiday apartments are situated in one of the most beautiful spots in Southern Carinthia.
Located at the edge of the woods, they provide a splendid view of lake Turnersee.
Lake Turnersee is one of the warmest (up to 28 ºC) and clearest lakes in Austria. It will take you about 8 min. on foot to reach the bathing area; swimming is free for our guests.
Our child-friendly holiday apartments which are spread over an area of more than 9000 m2 are, especially for families, a perfect starting point for walks (more than 170 km of marked footpaths), hikes and excursions. Sports, like swimming, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, tennis and golf (18-hole golf course is 1 km away) are also available. Free entry to the Strandbad (lakeside lido, 8 min walk), pets welcome, daily bakery service, physiotherapy available. Webcam and online booking!
Our bungalows and holiday apartments are fully equipped with colour TV/satellite TV, direct dialling phone, electric stove, some with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, patio with garden furniture and parasols, charcoal grill, electric heating, deckchairs, children?s beds and bedlinen (on request).
We offer three different types of accommodation:
Type A: A type A bungalow is about 60 m2 in area and equipped with two separate bedrooms (1 room with 2 beds and 1 with 3 beds), living room (more places to sleep), kitchen, bathroom and toilet, patio with garden furniture, parasol and a charcoal grill.
Type B: A type B bungalow is about 70 m2 in area and equipped with two separate bedrooms (2 rooms with 3 beds), living room (more places to sleep), kitchen, bathroom and toilet, patio with garden furniture, parasol and a charcoal grill.
Type C: Two type C apartments are about 80 m2 in area, situated on the ground floor. Both are equipped with two separate bedrooms (1 room with 2 beds, 1 with 3 beds), living room (more places to sleep), kitchen, bathroom and toilet, patio with garden furniture, parasol and a charcoal grill.

One type C apartment is on the first floor. It is equipped with three separate bedrooms (3 rooms with two beds) with parquet floor, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, patio with garden furniture and parasol.
