We renovated the house beginning of 2006, but kept its historical character. It has double glazed windows, and central heating (which is not common for such a type of house).
The kitchen, the bathroom, the hall and separate toilet have all floor heating. The house has around 910 sqft living area and is centrally located in Süderlügum.
