On the 2,000 m2 plot of land, around the villa, there is also a guest house.
Together these accommodatie 10 persons; 8 persons in the villa and 2 in the guest house.
The villa has 4 bedrooms each whit double four-poster bed with a mosquito net, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with patio doors opening out onto the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea.
The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen.
All rooms have air conditioning for a comfortable temperature at night.
You don’t even have to bring your own towels and bedclothes.Each bedroom has a safety-deposit box where you can safely store your money and valuables.
Furnishing
In the living room there is a dining table for 10 persons, a large corner sofa plus arm chairs, a coffee table an LCD television, a DVD-player and a stereo.
The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator/freezer, a water cooler and everything needed to serve you a lovely meal.
There is also a free wireless internet available.

Six days a week you have personnel at your service who will cook, wash and clean for you, this service is icludes the rental price
If desired, they will also do the grocery shopping for you (at your own cost, but groceries are very cheap). The swimming pool and the garden will also be kept by our staff for six days a week
Security
The villa has its own security post which has a guard in the evening and at night so you can enjoy a safe and undisturbed night’s rest.
