Our freestanding boathouse cottage is an ideal vacation home for a family to relax and get active. We also rent 2 log cottages on the Lake not far away, each places with a lot of privacay and scenery. They are fully equipped for housekeeping and even a family of 5 can be housed and all may enjoy the quiet retreat and the potential that the Bras d`Or Lake offers: swimming, snorkeling, fishing,kayaking or canoeing with our boats.
The picturesque town of St. Peters is nearby where the Lake meets the Atlantic Ocean and where you can do all your errants.
There is lots to see on Cape Breton Island like the famous Cabot Trail, The Fortress of Louisbourg, the Alexander Bell Museum, but most striking is the unspoilt Nature , the pristine surroundings and the friendly people.
