2 levels with lovely garden and private pool. It has 3 bed rooms and sleeps 4-6 persons. Communal pool, tennis and playground are also in this nice quiet secured domain.
A supermarket, bakery and chemist can be found only a few minutes walk away. The historic villages of Valbonne & Biot are five minutes drive, only 4 kilometres. Valbonne has many lovely shops, nice restaurants and holds a weekly Farmer's Market. There you can find wonderful delicious vegetables and lovely clothing. Biot is known for its pottery and glass blowing. The location of this villa is perfect for touring and exploring the local area. Many Golf courses is only 10-15 minutes away.
