The entrance leads into a long corridor, which ends in a twin bedroom, sitting room and the first bathroom on the left. The kitchenette, double bedroom and second bathroom are on the right side of the property.

The corridor ends in the yard, which is furnished with a veranda, table and chairs.

Independent heat, a safe and a washing machine are provided. A/C is provided at an additional cost.
