There is a small path which leads directly from house to the sandy-pebble beach. On the beach, there are few modern caffe-bars and various animation amenities for kids. Along the beach there is nice 'lungomare', ideal for those who wish to spend their evenings or dawns in relaxing walks enjoying the sea-view. This 'lungomare' also leads to the centre of the historic town Zadar, which is cultural and economic centre of this region. After 15 minutes of nice walk around historic parts of town, you'll reach the very centre.
This accommodation is ideal for families with children, young couples or elderly people because of the town vicinity and the beach, few steps fom the house.
