VILLA LA PERGOLA

This Holiday House is located near the old village of San Martino alla Palma.
It is on a beautiful property overlooking the FLORENTINE HILLS and the city of Florence.
Six kilometers from the centre of Florence and three kilometers from the highway's exit FIRENZE -SIGNA, on the top of a hill with panoramic view.
The house is is surrounded by private grounds made up of olive groves, woods and meadows, and boasts a sublime view over the hills surrounding Florence until catch sight of the Brunelleschi dome.
It has been tastefully renovated into a very comfortable place to live with special attention to all modern conveniences maintaining the flavour of an old country structure. The view from the windows and outdoor area are spectacular.
At the ground-floor you have a entrance door on the garden, a big kitchen with everything you need including microwaves and dishwashers , a living room with a SAT TV and a library.
At the first floor a comfortable two double bed room and one bed room wiht two single beds all with a big closet, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On request we have in the same house 6 more bed in three separate room and separate entrance.
There is also a beautiful private swimming pool (six by 12 meter) that you can use during sommertime ( May through October) and an extra jacuzzi in the garden for 8 People.
