Gestito a conduzione familiare e posizionato in una zona turistica collinare, è il luogo ideale per una vacanza all'insegna dell'assoluto relax!
Inexpensive but well appointed apartments/bungalows on a small, private development on the 'Coast Of The Gods', near the ancient towns of Tropea and Pizzo
Located on terraced land, in a tranquil, light and airy position, the properties are well spaced, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and have fantastic views along the coastline and thousands of KM2 of the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a good sized swimming pool (open May-October, very rare in Italy!) with ample sun terrace, sub-tropical gardens, children's playground, table football, bocca (boules/pentanque) court and other amusements. BBQ's and parties are held at the weekends and there are plans for courses in the traditional cookery of Calabria.
Included in the price for each apartment is use of a reserved parasol and 2 loungers on a serviced section of Zambrone beach. More parasols/loungers available as extras.

Choose from 3 x studio apartments for 1-3 people, 2 x 1 bedroom for 1-4 people or 2 x 2 bedroom for 4-6 people. Adjoining apartments can be rented for larger groups.
Each apartment has a modern bathroom with shower, terrace or patio area with garden furniture and well equipped kitchen space. The 1 & 2 bedroom accommodation also have a separate, spacious lounge area which can take extra beds if required. There is space in most bedrooms for 3 beds.
The owner of this villa is the local supplier of German & Italian draught beer in the area. He has a small, informal bar/cantina with a traditional pizza oven, games table etc. Meals can be ordered on a casual basis with a little notice - breakfast & dinner.
B&B or half board can also be arranged.

The property is 700M from the beach, 'as the crow flies' but the road winds down the hill so it takes 5-6 mins by car or about 45 mins to walk.
In August there is a free beach minibus service that stops nearby.
The owner is generous with lifts for shopping, beach etc if needed. Zambrone village is a pleasant 20 min walk through vineyards, olive groves and fruit orchards.
There are 2 bar/restaurants very close - One at 60 metres with a good late bar (2 or 3 am, sometimes later), beautiful terrace with great views, good food and lively music. The other, about 10 min walk offers good pizze, traditional Calabrian food and local wines.
Many other bars, restaurants etc within a few minutes drive at Marina Di Zambrone. A local pizzeria will deliver to your door. Some restaurants will even collect and drop you back after the meal!!
The owners are husband & wife. The husband, Enzo is Italian, his wife, Claudia is German and speaks German, Italian & English.
LOCATION:
Set on the 'Coast Of The Gods' on the Mediterranean sea. Unspoilt and not subject to mass tourism. Beautiful, uncrowded beaches with crystal clear water, near to historic towns of Tropea and Pizzo. Good beer, great local wine (Euro 4/litre), fresh fish (swordfish is a local speciality), the best olive oil in Italy.....and plenty more!! Many entertainments in the beach area.
9 hole golf course 35 mins. Live the 'Millionaires' life for a day on a 30 foot sailing yacht. 'Captain Frank' will look after you - he speaks good English - food, drink, fishing, swimming from boat etc. Euro 35.00 pp/day all inclusive!!
Zambrone boasts a large water park; huge slides, surf riding, adventure pools, night discos, bar & restaurant etc.
ZAMBRONE:
Zambrone has two distinct areas. The 'Marina' with a beautiful sandy beach over 2.5 Km long and other rocky coves with secluded beaches, many bars/restaurants/pizzerias, shops, holiday villages with all day entertainment and the famous Aquapark theme park.
The local people are rightly famous for their hospitality and friendliness. Apart from the middle two weeks in August, when everyone feels the strain, nothing is too much trouble for them to make visitors welcome.
Zambrone station is near the Marina area with low cost trains to Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano, Lamezia, Sicliy and points further afield.
Up on the hill, is the quieter, Zambrone Village with 3 bars, an ice cream parlour with delicious home made ice cream, a pizzeria, cash point, pharmacy, post office, newsagent, markets, 2 great butchers, tobacconist etc.
Zambrone Village has a purpose built outdoor amphitheatre and features a range of shows, concerts and other productions during the summer months.
