Our novel, comfortable villa in block construction, built in 2012, is located in the Lärchenwiese, in Maurach at the lake "Achensee". The location is quiet and sunny. You can reach the lake in just 0.5 km, the village and also the ski resort Rofan in 1km.
It is an ideal location: right in the Karwendel, just a few minutes away from Tyrol's largest lake "Achensee" and in the near of the great ski resorts in the Zillertal. The distance to Innsbruck, the capital city oft Tyrol, is about 20 minutes.

Ground floor: a large living room with open fireplace, cable-TV, audio equipment and DVD. Open dining room 90 sqm. Exit to the terrace.
A bedroom (30 sqm) with a double bed 180x200, with bath incl. Jacuzzi / WC. 1 separate shower room / WC.
Open plan kitchen (induction cooker with 5 hotplates, oven, slow combustion stove with ceramic plate and oven. Dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator-freezer with ice dispenser,) with bar, separate toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 180x200, a baby bed and a sofa bed and each with a shower / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and a 100x200 bed with shower / WC. 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a bathroom / hot tub / toilet.
Each room with balcony, TV-SAT, internet access available.

Bedclothes, towels, bathrobes, everything is available.
The baker brings, on request, every day freshly baked pastries to you.
Everyday cleaning and maid service, on request also shopping service.

The restaurant "Gasthof Lärchenhof", which is known for traditional meals, is only 100m away from the villa.
