Appartement 1 (9+ 2 personen) bestaat uit: 1 woonkamer (kabel en satelliet TV), 3 slaapkamers, 1 keuken (koelkast, magnetron, gasoven, kleine, elektrische keukenmachines), 2 badkamers (douche met hydro massage, bidet, wc, wastafel), 1 patio (20 m²) met tuinmeubilair. . Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond en is ca 100 m² groot

Appartement 2 (4+2 personen) bestaat uit: 1woonkamer (kabel en satelliet TV), 2 slaapkamers, 1 woonkeuken (koelkast, magnetron, gasoven, kleine, elektrische keukenmachines), 1 badkamer (douche, bidet, wc, wastafel) , 1 terras met uitzicht op zee (tuinmeubilair) (20 m² ). Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond en is ca 80 m² groot

Het appartement is gelegen op de eerste verdieping en is ca 80 m² groot

Appartement 4 bestaat uit: 1 woonkamer (kabel en satelliet TV), 1 slaapkamer, 1 keuken (koelkast, magnetron, gasoven, kleine, elektrische keukenmachines), 1 badkamer (douche, bidet, wc, wastafel), 1 terras met tuinmeubilair en uitzicht op zee (10 m² ) Het appartement is deels gelegen op de begane grond en deels op de eerste verdieping en is ca 60 m² groot

De eigenaresse Cecilia Gugliemi spreekt Engels, Duits, Frans en Italiaans en kan u bij veel behulpzaam zijn.

Situatie - Vakantiehuis Pisciotta

Villa Cecillia is gelegen in de groen heuvels nabij het schitterende, schilderachtige dorpje Pisciotta. Villa Cecilia ligt op een afstand van 100 km van Salerno en 10 km van de zandstranden van Palinuro. Ook de Amalfikust, Pompeji en Herculanium zijn voor een dagtrip goed te bereiken met de auto of trein.
Het dichtst bijzijnde strand vindt u op 15 minuten wandelen van de villa. Ter verkoeling kunt u gebruikmaken van een bescheiden opbouw zwembad. De grote tuin, de parkeerplaats en de wasserette dienen met de andere gasten worden gedeeld. De villa beschikt over 4 appartementen variërend 4 t/m 11 personen.

Wir kommen wieder! Gerne 4 Wochen.

  Die Ferienwohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen in den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer. Also die besten Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sie ist sehr sauber und optimal eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto kann man tolle Sandstrände in Palinuro und Ascea in Kürze erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel Sehenswertes für interessante Unternehmungen. Die Eigentümer sprechen gut Deutsch und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die drei Wochen waren klasse, wir kommen gerne wieder. :))

Puro relax a villa Cecilia

  appartamentino incantevole, accogliente e funzionale, immerso tra ulivi secolari con ampi spazi esterni, a poca distanza da un mare incontaminato, adatto a chi ama la tranquillità e la natura; ho trascorso con la mia famiglia l'ultima settimana di giugno e sicuramente ci ritornerò. Italien Pur

  Alles bestens und so wie man von einem Italien Urlaub in einem Haus nicht anders erwarten würde und sollte. Wir haben die ersten Tage recht hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit gehabt und es war schon praktisch eine Decke zu haben. Es war frisch und durch die Feuchtigkeit, die Ende Mai noch vorhanden ist, war es fast notwendig zu heizen. Nach ein paar Tagen und mit steigenden Temperaturen und vor allem viel Sonnenschein Anfang Juni war es sehr angenehm bis in die Nacht auf der Terasse zu sitzen. Einen Pool haben wir nicht vermisst. Ein 10min. Fussmarsch nach unten zum Strand hat auch keinem geschadet. Wunderbar sauberes Wasser und absolute Ruhe am steinigen Strand, den wir mit ein paar EInheimischen geteilt haben. Mehr Meer braucht man nicht, aber wir sind auch bei unseren Ausflügen auf wunderbare Strände vor und nach Palinuro bzw. Marina di Camerotta gestossen. Sowie der Strand von Ascea. Alles in allem 10-20 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Ascea gibt es auch einen Conad Markt und Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Donnerstags einen Markt. Und bei der neuen Eisdiele \"Vanila Ice\" ein super leckeres Eis. Einkaufen kann man auch in Pisciotta. Der Weg nach Ascea führt über den Berg. Ausflugsziele Pompei bzw. Paestum liegen in 1-2 Std. mit dem Auto entfernt. Empfehlenswert ist auch Salerno und Agropoli. Und die Natur in der näheren Umgebung. Traumhafte Buchten. Berge und Meer. Einfach entspannen und genießen. Wenig Touristen, wie man es aus anderen Regionen vielleicht kennt, dafür umso origineller. Essen kann man überall gut. Wir haben abwechselnd auch daheim gekocht. Die Möglichkeiten sind da und in beiden Wohnungen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wobei die Wohnung 4 sehr gut für zwei Personen geeignet ist. Oben schlafen - unten Kochen und duschen. Sauber und alles ok. Die Wohnung 1 unten ist optimal für max. 6-7 Personen. Durch wenig Licht sind zwei Schlafzimmer relativ dunkel. Die Dusche ist auch klein und leider ohne Fenster, aber ausreichend. Italien, und in dem Fall Kampanien - wir lieben Dich und kommen wieder. Danke Frau Guglielmi! wir waren im Mai/Juni 2012

Villa Cecilia? Deliziosa!

  Ho soggiornato a "Villa Cecilia" nel periodo di pasqua 2012 in compagnia di 9 amici. Abbiamo fittato due degli appartamenti a disposizione, entrambi spaziosi, puliti e confortevoli. L'ampio giardino con vista mare ed immerso in un uliveto secolare, ci ha permesso di trascorrere splendidi momenti all'aria aperta. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili."Villa Cecilia" è deliziosa!

Settimana incantevole a Villa Cecilia!

  Una settimana trascorsa tra mare e relax. Grande accoglienza. Massima disponibilità dei proprietari. Appartamento in ordine e molto pulito, con tutti i comfort e con vista mare. Il barbecue in giardino ci ha permesso di gustare carne e pesce in quantità. Il mare è splendido e le spiagge nei dintorni poco affollate. Abbiamo già prenotato per la prossima estate.

  Nice house in a nice place. Very gentle family, Cecilia and his family wherer perfect hosts, they are extremely nice and gave us lots of suggestions and any kind of help to organize our staying there. The house is very comfortable and very well equiped.
Sea is wonderful, the beaches wide and very natural. It\\\'s also very nice to visit surrondings or simply rest in the garden, under the olive trees.

I\'VE TO VISIT PISCIOTTA AGAIN!!!!

In July 2010 I spent a week with some friends of mine in Marina di Pisciotta (Cilento). A very nice place. We arrived here with highway and a new freeway.

We rented an apartment in this house named Villa Cecilia, for the first time. Great place, with a fantastic view on the sea, and very comfortable apartment with a big garden.

The furniture is in a very good condition. It is high level for a vacation. When something missed or broken the owner replaced it very fast after calling. The area got a lot of cultural, culinary, beaches possibilities. In the evening we were in a many “sagre” in the near countrysides.

This place is ideal for some weekend in the winter too. I recommend it to everyone also because we loved the owner\'s good hospitality!!!

We will definitely be back

  We spent two months , January and February 2011, at the Villa Cecilia and had a wonderful time. The setting was idyllic - down a tiny lane that led to the sea. It was very rural and gave us a real experience of living in olive farming country. The weather was a welcome relief from the icy English winter. When we arrived in Pisciotta in early January the daffodils were blooming and the weather felt spring like. We spent our time walking the hills in the beautiful
National park which was stunning. There are endless beautiful walks and we did not encounter any other tourists the whole time we were there! For those who prefer more activity the Greek remains of Velia and Pastum are close at hand and Pompei and Herculaneum with its stunning Roman remains are half a day\'s drive away or there is a regular train service from Pisciotta. The Amalfi coast is also easily reachable. The region is awash with beautiful medieval towns and Pisciotta itself is stunning. Everywhere we went we were met with a warm and friendly welcome. We will definitely be back.
