Presso San Pietro
It is a small flat (55 sq.m.), which was recently completely renovated and is very well equipped, especially for guests. It is proper for 4 (or 5 people of the same family), being composed of 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with sofabed and pull out bed). The entrance has another sofabed. There is a modern bathroom with shower and a wide and well equipped kitchen. Iron safe; spacious wardrobes; linen; TV; air conditioned in the entrance; independent heating; washing machine.

The address is the following (to be utilised also for Maps Google) Vicolo Monte del Gallo, 33, 00165 Roma: it is a little, very quite street "cou de sac", near S. Peter's Cathedral (the cathedral's dome is visible from the house).
The house can be reached by car, which can be parked closer, nearly at 100-150 meters. The city train's station (also good for Fiumicino airport and underground network) is only 130 meters far and buses stop in the square of the station and in Gregorio VII street, at 5 minutes walk. Bus n. 64 goes to the centre of the town (Piazza Venezia; Stazione Termini, etc...)
We have already made many exchanges. Because the house is a “second house” we made very many leases through "Intervac" or "Echanges enseignants" or “homeExchange.com” and all those involved have always been very satisfied both for the house and the position.
