You can really feel at home in this detached holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room, full kitchen, roof terrace and covered terrace. The tasteful furnishings and the very good equipment leave nothing to be desired.

A free internet connection via WLAN, air conditioning in the whole house, satellite TV, automatic Delonghi coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine are available as well as a barbecue and sun loungers in the private garden. The high-quality osmosis system provides you with drinking water of very good quality.

On a separate property next to it is our spacious pool area for only 7 houses. You can swim extensively in the 8x14 m pool. The terraces invite you to sunbathe under palm trees and in the shady 50 sqm pool house you can surf in the internet free of charge.

The proximity to the kilometer-long sandy beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only about 3.5 km) makes the holiday perfect.

Here you can spend a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the tourist centers.

Enjoy your holiday with a barbecue with your family in the in the garden or at the spacious pool area on a separate property just a few steps away.

The area is child-friendly due to its low-traffic location (only local traffic).
