APPARTAMENTO ADELINA.

The apartment on the third floor of a building located in the center of Alghero is just 500 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the historic center. As it is furnished in a simple and functional is ideal for families who want to feel at home and is perfect for those who want a vacation and concrete services nearby. The apartment (150 square meters) consists of: entrance hall, living room (living room + dining room), kitchen, two bathrooms (with shower), 4 bedrooms very spacious (2 beds per room). All beds are orthopedic. In the apartment there are 3 special beds: 2 beds sized 100x200 cm and 1 bed sized 130x200 cm. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Available on request a cot. Are provided all the kitchen equipment and appliances (refrigerator with freezer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, toaster, electric oven, gas oven, glasses, cutlery, dishes and pans). The linen and final cleaning are included in the rental price. The area is well served: supermarkets, bus stops nearby, pizzerias, restorants, bars, newsagents, pharmacy, local market and shops. Given the centrality of the house do not need the car to go out at night.
There are no other additional costs in addition to the lease. Prices vary depending on the period required. We make discounts for a number of guests less than or equal to 6 and families with small children. Is required a security deposit of 150 €. The deposit is to be paid upon delivery of the keys, and will be returned on the last day, before departure, if the house is in order, clean and without damage. The deposit is not refundable in case of bad behavior during the stay, as noise at night, in the case that the apartment is left dirty beyond measure, and if the waste were not brought in the appropriate recycling bins.
In case of cancellation, will be charged a penalty equal to the deposit paid at time of booking. The balance must be adjusted in cash upon delivery of the keys. For the payment will be issued a receipt.
Upon arrival we will request to be shown the passport. We will not accept checks, no credit cards. The number of people who will enjoy the dwelling shall not exceed the stated number of persons indicated to the reservation.
