The Space
You will find everything you need to feel completely at home. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful, newly installed, wood laminate flooring. Lot's of quality bedding and towels on hand. A luxurious queen sized bed sleeps two, the sofa and love seat might suit your less picky additional guests. The large patio lounge area brings the outside in stylish comfort.

Guest Access
The entire controlled access apartment unit is at complete disposal of guests. The roof-top pool and Jacuzzi with gorgeous sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and L.A. skyline is open all year and available to enjoy. Coin operated W/D is two doors down. A dedicated spot is provided in the in the onsite secure garage, accessible via elevator.

Interaction with Guests
The owner stays in a neighboring apartment and is available 24/7 to answer any questions or provide you with assistance during your stay.

The Neighborhood
A quiet place to to get away from it all, located in the center of the most desirable Hollywood attractions. The famous Chinese Theater, the home of the Academy Awards, the Hollywood and Highland entertainment complex, numerous museums, all types of shopping(including the fantastic, Hollywood Farmer's Market on Sundays) and unlimited dining options are all within walking distance. You are steps from Runyon Canyon, a celebrity-favorite hiking spot, with spectacular views of the Hollywood Sign and the downtown skyline. Viewing a Southern California sunset from here is not to be missed.

Getting around
You are literally 8 min. door to door from the Hollywood/Highland Red Line Metro line providing the best possible gateway to all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Other Things to Note
