The house is close to the sea and beach, a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. As with all homes in the town center, there is no private parking available. By acquiring a parking residential card, however, you can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available in Rab harbor but is not included in the price. The house contains one apartment on the upper floor level with a 1st category rating (***) for 6-7 persons. Gay friendly.
