Casa Maricampo is a large property with 3 apartments.
Apartment T2 East side is been fully renovated.
You have your private entrance, your private terrace and direct access to the garden.
This apartment has 2 modern bathrooms, a full kitchen, a spacious lounge and 2 bedrooms.
Your pleasant private terrace in front of the kitchen is very peaceful, facing century old trees.
The lounge has 2 sofa beds click clack.
8 persons is the maximum capacity.
This apartment has wifi internet and satellite TV with 200 international channels.
I live in another apartment on west side with my private entrance.
Property Maricampo is in a small village, just 1 km from train station Miramar and the beautiful Beach. Walk to the beach in a beautiful Avenue with large trees for shade, in hot summer days.
Visit the coast by train and pay just 1,40 the ticket to Porto in 17 minutes.
The house is very quiet and pleasant for peaceful holidays in the nature with sea view.
Our street is private, without car traffic.

Find popular restaurants nearby serving a complete lunch menu at 5 Euros including drinks.
The grocery store, the butcher and the bakery are at 100 meters behind the house.
They also sell fresh vegetables, fruit,and all the necessary to prepare a meal.
The coffee shop is also a baker: it serves hot bread twice a day and has a choice of cakes. The locals go there for breakfast or afternoon tea.
Large Supermarkets are open everyday until 10 pm are at 2km distance.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Taxi takes 20 minutes from the airport and charges about 28€.
Or take the metro at the airport and get out at Train station Campanha.
Here get the yellow urban train to Miramar.
Count 5 stops or 17 minutes.
At Miramar walk up the beautiful main Avenue and pass under the highway tunnel.
The house is a few meters after the Restaurant main entrance.
