The villa is two-storeyed with an individual flat on each floor. The two
flats are completely independent with individual drive-ways, parking places
on the ground and entrances. When sitting on the verandas outside the two
livingrooms, one cannot see each other, as the ground-floor flat extends
further out than the top-floor flat.
The access to the top-floor flat is from an ascending dead-end road. The
access to the ground-floor appartment is from a road passing below the
