Location and description of the resort:
new resort with its own large swimming pool is located in the center of Hurghada in the area known as Arabia, which is located between the old center of El Dahar and Sakkala new center. Just a few steps from the resort is a publicly accessible beach, as well as all the services like restaurants, shops, supermarket, laundry, hairdresser, 200m store Cleopatra. At the reception the resort's Wi-Fi internet access and the ability to order additional cleaning staff for a fee. This is not a hotel with the services, but a resort with private apartments.

Description of the apartment:
new fully equipped, air-conditioned studio with terrace, suitable for 2+1 people (2 beds, 1 double sofa bed). The apartment is fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, LED TV, satellite TV, air conditioning), basic dishes, linens and towels. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a beautiful spacious terrace.

Beach:
only 100m from the house is paid beach with gradual entry into the sea, bar, toilet and shower. Towels, chairs and umbrellas are in the admission price 50 EGP / day. There are also inexpensive public city beach about 400m from the resort and the beach is only 15 EGP / day, as it is not maintained. (Resort Florenza will later have its own beach, but not yet available).

Swimming pool:
in the central part of the resort there is a large swimming pool with children's section, sun loungers and umbrellas are free for guests resort.

Prices for accommodation:
The prices listed are per apartment for 1-3 people. Possibility to rent for any number of days - at least a week. Prices are the same for any season. The possibility of a long-term lease for the individual awards. Possibility of accommodation Egyptian-European couple.

Price includes:
