From the house it is a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the sea.
There are also cozy restaurants on the beach.

The house is completely surrounded by trees and lawns and is very private.
There is a small, round, shallow swimming pool in the garden (only to be used in summer).
Ideal for children or to cool off.
There is a terrace around the pool.
On the ground floor is a spacious hall, a bright spacious lounge / dining room with a gas fireplace, an open kitchen and an attached conservatory.
From the conservatory you come out on a spacious terrace with garden dining table, chairs and a parasol.

The kitchen has an island, breakfast bar, 5-burner gas stove, fridge / freezer combination, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine.
The house can accommodate 7 people.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed.
Here is also a shower, separate toilet and sink (not adjacent to the bedroom).
On the 1st floor are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds & 1 bedroom with 1 bed.
There are also 2 showers with a sink on the 1st floor.
Here is also a second toilet.

The whole house has central heating.
You can park your car (s) safely on site.
The center of Cadzand is a 25-minute walk through the dunes.
By bike 10 minutes and by car 5 minutes.
In Cadzand you will find many cafes, restaurants, shops, a supermarket & ATM.
Rental prices include gas, water & electricity and use of wifi.
Exclusive is the final cleaning (100 euros, compulsory) & tourist tax 1.50 euros pppn.
You can rent sheets- & towels-packages (10.00 euros per package p.p.).
You must specify this when booking, so that the packages are ready upon arrival.
If you bring your own sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning cloths, etc., these costs will not be charged.
Beds are not made.
Your pet (1x) is welcome.
Additional final cleaning costs are charged for this, ie 35 euros.
We trust that your pet does not lie on furniture or beds and that you clean up accidents in the garden yourself.
