POOL, SEAVIEWS, BEACH

Villa Meliti and Villa Pasithea are two lovely 2-bed/2-bath villas, totally independent and completely private from one another as they are located at different ground levels. Each has its own private infinity swimming pool, its own garden area, truly amazing sea views. They are located uphill, above Perigiali village (hence these wonderful seaviews), next to nature and only 1km away from cosmopolitan Nydri.

Both of the villas are of the same structure and size (85sq.m.), just with different interior decoration. The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the second double bedroom and bathroom can be found. Normal villa occupancy is for 4 guests but another two (usually children) can sleep at the living room’s double sofa bed, hence total occupancy can go up to 6.
