Ancient warehouse built in 1642, recently restored (May 2014), it is an elegant resort with pool, located 2 Km from the sea, about 4 Km from the centre of Marina di Ragusa and 6 Km from Donnalucata. Set in a typical rural location and immersed into the nature, it boasts a great position to visit all the tourist centres of the area and enjoys a scenic location.
The rooms of the ancient warehouse are nowadays comfortable accommodation, furnished in modern and vintage style, with pool and panoramic view.
