Lovely detached, recently renovated villa with modern design, air conditioning, internet and heated pool, located in the quiet area Montseny of Empuriabrava, close to the beach, shops (150 metres) and downtown.

The villa is entirely on one level and consists of a large air-conditioned lounge with a sofa and a sofa bed, a dining room with wifi, fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with a 180 cm bed (2x 90 cm twin beds pushed together), a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. On the other side of the house there are two master suites, each equipped with air-conditioning, a 180cm (2x 90cm twin beds pushed together) and its private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
In the living room there is a large flat screen satellite-TV with French, German, English programs, etc.
Outside you will find a large sunny situated pool that is heated by a 13kW heat pump (April to November), a comfortable summer lounge and a large table with chairs for meals near the barbecue.
The windows have electric blinds for your safety and improved comfort.

All necessary tourist information will be provided through a brochure in your holiday home, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
