FERIENHAUS SCHRÖDER

The house is in excellent shape, surrounded by gardens and meadows.
There is space for eight people on three floors and a total size of
120 square metres.
The house is located on a quiet street with direct access to beautiful hiking trails in the Nordeifel and to Eifel Nationalpark.
On the first floor there is a complete kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a separate toilet, and a spacious dining- and livingroom area with colour TV (SAT), with access to a furnished patio and garden (lawn) for private use.
In addition to that you will find a laundry with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the second floor are two big, bright bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobes and a spacious bath with a shower / tub combination, toilet and wash-basin.
A staircase leads you to the top floor with an open gallery which can be used as living- or bedroom area (sofabed).
In addition to that there is a small separate bedroom with a sofabed
and a crib.
Parking options are in front of the house.
Pets are welcome without an additional fee.
Our house is perfect for nature-lovers and families with children.
