This recently constructed, two bedroom apartment enjoys a superb location. It is only 125m from the peaceful little beach of Carabeillo, whilst the famous, and more lively, Burriana beach is just along the coast, about 100m further.
There are spectacular sea views from both the apartment and its spacious terrace. Visitors particularly value the morning-till-night sunshine, which culminates in wonderful sunsets, whilst the air is heavy with the smell of the sea and the scent of blossom.
A washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are included in the well equipped kitchen, but should you find that there is something which would make your life there more comfortable, then the owners will happily supply it.
Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access onto the terrace, so outdoor dining couldn? be easier, whilst a relaxing drink watching the sun go down is irresistible !
The Costa del Sol is, of course, noted for the reliability of its sunshine but, just in case, you can also take a sun bath at the shared solarium, whilst there is also a mini-pool for cooling off.
The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the facilities of Nerja, with the famous Balcon de Europa a pleasant 400 m stroll away, and dozens of restaurants, tapas bars and shops just around the corner. Consequently, you don? need a car to enjoy Nerja to the full. Parking is, however, available right next to the apartment if you want a car to explore the surrounding area. Nerja is a perfect location for excursions to the historic cities of Granada, Seville and Malaga, whilst the ?hite villages?/text
