La Casa di Agnese, just for short term rentals, is a typical townhouse, just 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo- Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche.
We want to create for our guests a warm and romantic atmosphere.
La Casa di Agnese has some stairs to go to living space,it has beautiful wooden beams , a mix of vintage and modern furnitures , a double bedroom with large closet, bathroom with tub-shower, equipped kitchen, TV LED 32 '' and a double bed sofa.There is a beautiful balcony to enjoy the summer evenings, eating out, reading a book or drinking a glass of wine!
There is a possibility of renting the house for a few days, but only in low season.
La Casa di Agnese is just two minutes walk from local restaurants, bars, from Tuesday morning farmer's market and shops of all kinds.
The sea and beaches of Porto Sant'Elpidio is only 10 minutes by car, you may decide to leave the car and use public transport, arriving at the beach comfortably, then come back and enjoy the pleasant breeze even during hot summer!
Conero beaches are about 30 minutes from the house.
