VILLA EMC

Our Villa EMC is a newly built villa at the end of a small village just outside Umag. It is fully furbished for your comfort. At your disposal there are three bedrooms. A master bedroom (18 mq) with a double bed and two more bedrooms (11 mq each), one with a king size bed and one with two single beds that can be joined at your request. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room has a porch on all three outside sides. The porch is equipped with a dining set for 6 persons a small coffee table for two and a cosy swing. Outside there is a casual garden and parking space.
The villa is well furbished for your comfort: Kitchen - gas stove, electric oven, electric kettle, dish washer, toaster, italian coffee pot, filter coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, tableware, cutlery, table clothes, kitchen clothes, dish washing detergent and caps. Living room with a flat screen smart tv, Wifi , air conditioner. There are two bathrooms. In a bigger one there is also a laundry washing machine.
As the house is on the ground floor and the space is relatively large, it is also suitable for wheelchairs.
Also if you wish to bring your dog with you, it is possible if we agree to this matter prior to the booking and arrival. An extra cost will be charged. Anyhow pets are not allowed on beds or sofa / couch or pillows.
