Old House
In the Macerata district, between the Sea and the Sibillini Mountains, you will find the beautiful hill town of Penna San Giovanni. The perfect holiday destination in Le Marche, Italy. On the outskirts of Penna lies our Old House, 19th century country house restored to an extremely high standard.
We offer two options to accommodate: you can choose to hire the whole house (220 sqm), or else the whole house can be split into two separate apartments. Romantically named Romeo and Juliet, the apartments have separate external entrances and are both fully equipped and lavishly furnished.

Immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside, amidst the beautiful landscape of the foothills, the house is situated in 3 acres of land. Olive trees, oak trees and other local flora complete this wonderful panorama. Looking beyond the immediate scenery you have the countryside of le Marche, the imposing Sibillini Mountains and in the distance the Adriatic Coastline.

Outside, the large garden is equipped with tables, benches, and a barbecue, all of the amenities are at your disposal. Park with swimming pool and shower.

You can visit some of the old towns and villages around including Loreto, Macerata, Urbisaglia, Sarnano, San Ginesio, Amandola and Fermo, trying out many tipical restaurants within. A memorable italian experience.
