The house has 5 rooms, between 15 and 19 m2, a spacious living room of 25 m2, a kitchen of 16 m2 and a terrace of approximately 40 m2. The rooms are double. All rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning, LED SAT TV 82 cm, unlimited WIFI. Each room has its own table on the terrace. The living room is equipped with a large LED satellite TV 102 cm. Holiday house, Villa Sodan, has an excellent location as it is located: 400 meters from the center of Brela (5-10 minutes walk), 1000 meters from Baska Voda (10-15 minutes walk), 200 meters from the hotel Berulia, 15 meters from the Supermarket which is open non-stop from 7 am to 9 pm, 150 meters from the nearest restaurant. In front of the house is our large parking lot where each room has its own parking space. From all the above, you can see that you can ensure a real vacation in our house in Brela without using a personal car.
