| If you are arriving by car over harbour Split we recommend that you join the queue at Vela Luka Lane, Pier 27, at least 2-3 hours before departure. In the meantime you can visit the centre of Split: Diocletian's Palace, the Green and Farmer's open markets, and numerous shops and boutiques. You can also take refreshments on the waterfront (the famous Riva) in one of many cafes and restaurants.
If you are arriving by coach, train or plane over a.Split, then your last stop is the ferry harbour where it is easy to catch one of the ferries departing at 10.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day, or the catamaran departing at 3 p.m.
If you are not travelling by car we recommend you rent one in Vela Luka at one of the agencies. This way you can save money on your travelling expenses as well as having freedom of movement on the Island. Your host will be glad to assist with rental bookings.
