Description of the studio: fully equipped air-conditioned studio for 1-2 persons (1x double bed). The apartment is equipped with basic appliances and kitchenware (excluding washing machine), a small balcony with partial views of the sea. The apartment is located on the 2 floor of a building without an elevator. Beach: publicly accessible beach about 150m from the house. Possibility to use the hotel beach at Geisum & Sand Beach Resorts fee 30 EGP / day (about 200m from the house). Prices for accommodation: prices are per studio for 1-3 persons. Possibility to rent for any number of days - at least a week. Prices are the same for any season.

For term 23.12.-01.01 is extra fee 5€ /day. Possibility of long-term lease for the low prices.

Accommodation also for mixed pair. Long term rental [more 3 months]: from 105 Euro per month plus utilities. For long time rent administration fee 40 Euro (one-time payment).
