In Fabron, south-west of Nice, a charming 3-room apartment with pool and tennis court and a private terrace of 70 m2 with a wonderful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Nice. The residence was built 1993 and the apartment is located on the fourth and top floor. It is a quiet district, even though the airport is not far away. The terrace offers beautiful locations, under the awning at the dining table for 6 persons or in the sun chair. The view is enchanting and the swimming pool offers refreshment. Air conditioneing not necessary, but there is a mobile ground--fan. Car is an advantage, but you can use the bus - only to 19: 00 From the garage you take the elevator to the apartment without any stairs. Common swimming pool and tennis court are at your disposial. Shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, etc., are located within 1-3 km. Vieux Nice - Old Town - is at a distance of 5 km along the beautiful Promenade des Anglais - great for walkers and joggers. On the beach you can rent either mattress and umbrellas at the restaurants, or you can use the 10 km long beach. Bring bathing-shoes - the round pebbles at the beach are unpleasant for delicate feet.
