Air-furnished two-room apartment for rent, sleeps 4-5, located inside the La Tonnara residence, surrounded by greenery and just about fifty meters from a splendid sandy beach, partly free and partly equipped, with a view of the Aeolian Islands .
The apartment, air conditioned and furnished, is on two levels.
In the lower one, in addition to the kitchenette and the bathroom with shower equipped with a window, there is a living room with table and chairs, a double sofa bed and a single bed, with a window overlooking the park of the residence, while in the upper one there is the other bedroom, with double bed and window.
Inside the residence there is the reception, swimming pools, tennis and five-a-side football fields, table tennis, supermarket, children's playground. Furthermore, from mid-June to mid-September, there is an intense daytime, evening and miniclub entertainment service.
The apartment is located on the first floor, after the mezzanine, reachable via a comfortable and large staircase.
Weekly rentals, or multiples, with start and end of stay on Saturday.

The apartment is equipped with crockery, plates, cutlery, oven, hob, washing machine, etc.
However, the apartment is not equipped with bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bathroom towels, which must be brought by those using the apartment.

You will also have to pay a deposit of 150 euros, refundable at the end of your stay if there has been no damage and if the apartment has been released clean
