This new small scale complex (only 2 stories high) is beautifully situated at just 50 metres from miles of sandy beaches and a small shopping centre with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlour and pharmacy and about 3 kilometres from the centre of Denia. In the high season there is a small children's fair next to the complex with trampolines.
The apartments are overlooking the beautifully landscaped communal gardens with two large swimming pools with children’s pool, separate changing-rooms and outside showers. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates.
We only rent out the best apartments: the penthouse and the ground floor. The ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and its own garden. The penthouse has two bedrooms (sleeps 4) and 75m2 of terraces divided over two floors from which you can see the sea. Upon request an extra baby-bed can be placed in one of them. You won’t be sleeping on a couch in the living room, but in a comfortable bed.
