| My husband Eric and I personally go to the apartment in order to be there to warmly welcome arriving guests to the apartment. We then show guests round the apartment and will try to answer any questions guests have about the apartment or for things which will enhance their stay. If required we also make themselves available to assist guests during their stay. We try where possible to be flexible with arrival and entry / departure times in order to suit all guests. |
