VILLA KASTELIR

The holiday house with pool (for sole use) is located on the beach in the village of Kastelir about 9km from Porec 8km. In the village there are several restaurants, food shops, a post office, a bank, a doctor's office ... and everything within reach in to max.ca.500m distances.

The total living area of the house, the house which is rented as a unit is 140 square meters is divided on 2 floors and is suitable for up to 6 people.

The ground floor has a spacious open area with dining area, kitchen and living room with Zugagng to the covered terrace with beautiful views, across vineyards and olive groves, on the Riviera Porec. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and laundry room (laundry room).

Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, 2 (for free) are of which have a Zugagng to a small balcony and a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower (with radio, steam bath, light therapy ...) On request, a cot for our youngest guests is available ,

On the ca.1000m² large plot there is a parking for 2 cars, a barbecue and the approximately 25 m² large swimming pool with sun terrace, from where you can also enjoy the magnificent views.

The house with pool is well appointed and modern: The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, ... There are also: Piano (available on request), air conditioning, satellite tV, LCD tV, DvD, home theater, washing machine, iron, ... So all you need for a comfortable holiday.

It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or enjoy taking a walk or bike ride through the many vineyards and olive groves, the open view of the Istrian countryside.

Likewise, the homeowner, who manages you personally, give tips for beautiful destinations because it is guide and avid motorcyclist.
