The House has around nine hectares of land, has a large park of walnuts, Hazel, ash, lime trees and hedges of blackberries and Hawthorn.The scents of nature, along with the sovereign silence, make the place very exclusive. The House has been recently renovated, our garden and the Park of nuts are great about 3500mq, we have a swimming pool with sunbeds and sunshades, also there is the possibility to have barbecue and oven. Inside the House there are five rooms all with private bathroom, all with Tv, kitchen is complete with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.. In the Hall we have chairs, tables, sofas and fireplace. In the House there is also a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The geographic position makes it an ideal point for any tourist itinerary – cultural, eno-gastronomic. Production of seasonal fruit and berries, nuts, Hazel.
