On the upper floor are two bathrooms and two bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds) each bedroom with outside terraces affording spectacular views. One bedroom has a private bathroom.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area for 8 persons, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, satellite TV and DVD player, also a bathroom.
On this level are various patios with outdoor tables and chairs for outside dining or relaxing.
By the pool is a barbeque area, and the large grassed area provides ample space for children to play. At a short distance are a variety of restaurants or the “Algarve Shopping” mall at Guia and Albufeira town centre are both approximately 6 km away.
