This converted and very well furnished watermill is located near a small lagoon and is surrounded by a large garden. It is a quiet and isolated area, with shopping facilities nearby. The beach of Apúlia lays 4 km away, and Esposende is about 8 km distance. Porto airport is 35 km distant.
The watermill is equipped with central heating, thus making it also adequate for the cooler winter months. Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (one with private bathroom, one with private shower room), one bathroom, large living room with dining area, fireplace and satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher and wash machine).
In the garden, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture. A paddle boat for trips in the lagoon is also available.
