The lovely holiday home "Tilea" in typical Spanish style with its tower has been completely renovated in 2022/2023 and offers space for 8-10 persons with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a brand new heated private pool, a covered terrace with summer kitchen and another rooftop terrace.

The fully air-conditioned house with 2 floors is divided as follows:

Ground floor:
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds (1 bed 140 cm for 2 persons and 1 bed 90 cm for 1 person),
• 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed;
• 1 bathroom with shower, basin and toilet;
• 1 bathroom with shower-tub, basin and toilet;
• fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living area: the entrance and living room with cosy leather sofas, satellite TV and free fibre wifi;
• a dining area with large table and chairs.

Upstairs:
• 1 spacious parents' suite with a 160 cm double bed, a 120cm sofa-bed (1 person), a baby travel cot, an office corner and TV;
• 1 bedroom in the tower with a 140 cm double bed;
• 1 bathroom with a large corner bathtub, two basins and toilet.

Both, the loggia connecting the parents suite to the bedroom in the tower, and the separate roof top terrace (accessible from the garden) complete this vacation home. The covered terrace close to the pool with its outdoor kitchen offers shade in summer and extends cozy barbecues with your family or friends.

The brand new 7 x 3,5 m heated pool is operational since Spring 2022 and the pool area is fully fenced/secured for small children. Both the exterior staircase leading to the tower as well as the pool will not be accessible to young children.

The property is fully fenced/walled and located in the quiet sector Montgri of Empuriabrava.

The walkway (opposite the villa) along the river Muga leads in a 15 minutes walk to the huge and beautiful beach of Empuriabrava. Or by car in a 6-minute drive.

You can relax by the heated pool, enjoy BBQs with your friends and family or sip a drink on the terrace of this villa, which also features deckchairs and outdoor furniture.

It is possible to park 2 cars in the driveway of the private property. Washing machine available. We accept your pets (max. two). Bed linen, towels and a baby cot can either be brought by yourself or optionally rented for a small fee.
