Enjoy beautiful mountain views from this charming 3-bedroom split level vacation home. The interior floor plan includes a family room, and a laundry room on the 1st level. The 2nd split level includes one bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds and a full bath. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen and an open living/dining room area with a freestanding wood-stove (firewood provided). The 4th level includes one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and 1/2-bath. Outside, you`ll enjoy a private outdoor HOT TUB and a gas grill! This vacation property will sleep 8 guest (ENFORCED maximum occupancy!).
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while the property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and proceed accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.

Guest is required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement. A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement.

Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes. There is a limit of 2 domestic pets per designated pet friendly property.
Additional Cleaning Charges will apply if check out procedures are not followed or the property is not left in the same good habitable condition as when the Guest checks in.
There is a two night minimum stay requirement during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
All vacation properties are non-smoking.
