The Summit. This 3 story home has 3 bedrooms + a loft area. The first floor has a sitting room with a pellet stove, a bedroom with a queen bed and a set of full/twin bunk beds, and a full bath.On the second floor you will find a living room open to the dining/ kitchen area.two bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room, and one 3/4 bath. The loft area has a sitting area that is equipped with a small pool table, 1 queen bed and a 3/4 bath. this home has a outdoor BBQ, private hot tub,sleeps up to 11- persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!) and pets are welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.

Guest is required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement. A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement.

Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes. There is a limit of 2 domestic pets per designated pet friendly property.
Additional Cleaning Charges will apply if check out procedures are not followed or the property is not left in the same good habitable condition as when the Guest checks in.
There is a two night minimum stay requirement during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.
