The apartment can accommodate 4 people + 1 extra, the agreed number of people cannot be increased and the minimum number of occupants must be 4 adults +1.
The price includes the weekly change of sheets and towels and the consumption of electricity, gas, drinking water. The prices displayed per week all seasons IN HIGH SEASON minimum 2 weeks at a discount of 3000€. 5 people. The apartment must be returned in order and clean, otherwise you have to pay €100.
In the swimming pool children cannot remain alone, but supervised by a parent.
The confirmation is valid only after your e-mail with a copy of the bank deposit payment receipt, and the balance in cash before handing over the house keys (checks and credit cards are NOT accepted).
P.S. Another apartment on the ground floor with a larger living room and sofa with 2 pull-out beds for 4+2 people, same accessories and services cost an additional 100 euros, the two will be 11 people with a private swimming pool just for them in this last case.
